Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting my small handmade ceramics business! Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural part of the process — these characteristics make your piece one of a kind.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges

I want you to love what you receive. If there is an issue with your order, I am happy to consider an exchange for store credit under the following circumstances:

• Your item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping

• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Keep all original packaging materials

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the item, which can be applied to a future order.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If the damage or error was on my end, I will cover the cost of return shipping.

• In other circumstances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I will always communicate shipping responsibilities clearly before you send anything back.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please do not discard the box or packaging. Photos of both the item and the packaging are required to process an exchange request and may be needed for a shipping insurance claim.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, dropping, or improper care

• Items returned without prior approval

• Custom or personalized orders
